Returning an unsuitable item:
If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 15 days. Items must be returned to us in a condition that allows them to be sold again, without stains or signs of wear, and unwashed.

How do product returns work?
If you wish to return an item that does not suit you, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges. Exchanges or refunds will be made on receipt of the goods at our premises.
In the event of a preparation error or quality defect, the return costs will be refunded.
